Breathe light into your body, mind and spirit, add flexibility, and gain fascial freedom in this new restorative yoga class designed by Christa.
What is fascia? Fascia is connective tissue that is found all over your body, everywhere! Structural Integration, aka Rolfing awakens fascia and aligns the body in gravity. Concepts found from Structural Integration and my husband, Gerald Clark's Gravity Synthesis Routines are introduced in this class. Yoga and Gravity Synthesis Routines are brought together in a complementary delicious class.
This class is designed for EVERYONE. All levels.
No downward facing dogs, no advanced postures, just juicy delicious restorative yin yoga with added gravity synthesis routines to leave you feeling refreshed.
Full belly, tired, weak, injured - truly come as you are, whenever you want.
Repeat these concepts in your life and find freedom in your shoulder girdle, legs and hips, wrist, and sitting bones. Relax with me, see you on the mat!
Namaste,
Christa
