Today I am joined by Sahara with her 4 month old newborn to take a look at how his fascia is organized before he starts the long process of learning to walk.
This video is a short preview of the Structural Analysis session which is accessible to Gravity Body Academy students as part of the course material. The problem areas mentioned by Ida Rolf are inspected to see if she could be right about humanity and why their bipedal design is fraught with problems for all of us, starting as a baby.
Beginning Structural Integration work with kids is the best thing a parent can do for their growing musculo-skeletal system.
